Nonconformists
What is a Nonconformist? The dictionary defines it as 'One who does not conform to, or refuses to be bound by accepted beliefs, customs, or practices' - in drink-making terms, a Nonconformist is a drink that refuses to be pigeonholed into a certain category either because of the contents, the vessel it is served in, or the manner of delivery... and who are we to argue?
All we know is that these creations would sit comfortably on your table at the end of any meal 'digestif-style'. But of course, they can be consumed at any time of the day - after all why conform?
