Slings
If you really hanker after the original Singapore version of this style of cocktailing then your bartender will of course oblige but try one of our creations. Go on live dangerously...

Iced Teas
Recent research has shown that people who drink tea have significantly less cognitive decline than those who abstain. So try a couple of these babies and you might not go doo-lally - in the long run!

Tropical
The common ingredient in this section is a liquor which masquerades by a number of monikers; BarbadosWater, Grog, The Devil's Soup, Nelson's Blood, Demon Water; and for many a colourful reason. From Blackbeard to Christopher Columbus we all know it by the name of Rum! Three cheers me hearties!

Acquired
Down to the serious business...purists would argue that with the myriad of drinks available today that the true acquired taste of the cocktail has been forgotten. Not here. Mind you these are only for those who have the truly ‘acquired' pallet.

Spritz & Bellinis
Bubbles or no, these are some of the most refreshing drinks on God's green. Sip a Classic Bellini and imagine you are in Harry's Bar on the Grand Canal in Venice where it all began!

Classics
The line up of the usual suspects does not come more original than this. A selection of classic concoctions from decade's even centuries past from all around the world which all seem to have travelled well over time and tide. Enjoy.

How much Vermouth in the perfect Martini? Experts abound from Churchill who advised none, other than a glance at the bottle to General Patton who pointed his glass in the general direction of Italy!
