Advanced Apprenticeships - Management Training Programs in conjunction with the National Skills Academy

If you are looking for a long term career in the restaurant business we can help. Living Ventures offers a structured management training program which will prepare you for demanding and rewarding management positions in the future. The Advanced Apprenticeship at Living Ventures takes you through restaurant, kitchen and bar departments from trainee to In Store Trainer (IST) and completes with the Living Ventures management training program module. 

The program offered by Living Ventures provides the opportunity for newcomers in the industry to develop the right skills, product knowledge and financial acumen to run a successful restaurantor bar.

The Advanced Apprentiicehip defines a new benchmark for apprenticeships and has been developed using the latest frameworks developed using the latest frameworks developed bt People 1st.

It will allow talent to develop the skills and knowlege at a variety of levels before finally graduating in house with a level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.

If you are in full time education at the moment the Apprentice Management program may be perfect for you or you may be working in the industry at craft level and looking for a route in to management. Either way we will tailor a program just for you.
